GUE Doubles Primer – Odds on Twin

During the training, you will learn to consciously and safely dive with a twinset configuration.

We will start by explaining to you how a twinset is built and how to prepare the GUE doubles configuration for diving. The most important part of the training will be, of course, in-water sessions.

We will deal with issues such as:

• buoyancy and trim,
• basic propulsion techniques,
• Basic5 drill – five basic diving skills,
• conscious valve drill,
• controlled ascent with stops,
• communication and basics of team diving.

Nasze szkolenie potrwa jeden dzień. Na początku skupimy się na stabilizacji i opanowaniu pływalności, pozycji i niezbędnych podstaw. Na drugim nurkowaniu pójdziemy o krok dalej i zajmiemy się ćwiczeniami takimi jak valve drill czy kontrolowane wynurzenia z wykorzystaniem profilu “minimum deco”. Aby dać Ci czas na przyswojenie nowej wiedzy i umiejętności zachęcamy do rozszerzenia szkolenia o dodatkowy dzień warsztatów (7 grudnia).

Don’t have a set of equipment ? That’s not a problem. For the needs of the course, we can organize everything you are missing.

You don’t have to be a GUE diver to take this course. What’s more, the Doubles Primer training is an excellent introduction to the Global Underwater Explorers system for those who are not yet ready for the Basic Fundamentals course in a two-cylinder configuration.
