Baltic Wreck Week 2025 - diving on Baltic wrecks with Dive House Baltic

Baltic Wreck Week 2026

Gdansk - Władysławowo

08.07.2026
- 12.07.2026

Diving on the wrecks of the Baltic Sea and collecting documentation.

The Polish coast is witnessing many sinkings of ships and warships. These sinkings were associated with both military operations and collisions or weather conditions. It is estimated that there are between 8000 and 100,000 wrecks in the Baltic Sea! Many of them are poorly documented. Many of them are still waiting to be discovered… Thanks to the unique environmental conditions, the waters of the Baltic Sea perfectly preserve wood. Thanks to this, even the oldest wrecks lying at the bottom of our sea are still well preserved. We invite all GUE divers for a week of wreck dives at the recreational level (up to 30m).

The goal?

Interesting dives !

Sometimes even a body that at first glance is difficult to associate with a sunken ship, turns out to be a monument of history full of interesting details. The Baltic Sea is a challenging diving area, but the joy and satisfaction of exploring wrecks is rewarded by every dive with a large margin.

Our task during this trip is to provide you with the conditions for safe diving on Baltic wrecks and learning about their details and history.

Wreck diving in the Baltic Sea is an ideal opportunity to train and develop skills, for example in the area of advanced movement techniques, teamwork, communication and navigation.

Details of Baltic Wreck Week 2026

We plan to perform about 10 dives during 5 dive days between 08-12.07.2026. Maximum depth: 30m.

We start in the Bay of Gdańsk. Then we call at Władysławowo to continue diving in the open sea.

The main goal: fun!
Secondary goal: improving your diving skills (during the trip we will conduct micro-wreck workshops)
Additional goal: documentation – collecting photos, videos and descriptions of the most interesting points on the wrecks we visited.
Here you can see the list of available wrecks: List of wrecks made available for diving

For whom?

We welcome all divers at GUE Basic Fundamentals level or higher.
Mandatory configuration: twinset.

During this trip, you can take part in a course

If you want to increase your diving competence during this project, you can also sign up for wreck training, navigation training or recreational deep diving using Nitrox 32 or Triox 30/30.

Logistics

Our diving center is located near the center of Gdańsk. We provide standard gases (in this case Nitrox 32). If necessary, we can organize the equipment – cylinders, weights and all the rest 🙂 .

Plan A: 5 days of boat dives:

July 8, 2026 – we set sail from the port of Gdańsk, do a dive near Hel and call at Władysławowo.
July 9-11, 2026 – 2 dives a day – departures from Władysławowo
on July 12, 2026 – we return to Gdansk with a dive on the way back.

Boat:

The THORR is a patrol boat that once belonged to the Maritime Border Guard. The boat was taken over by a private owner and adapted for diving trips. It is equipped with an elevator, benches and a compressor :-).

The price includes diving logistics, the care of our staff and diving workshops for those who are interested.
