In the area of the Bay of Gdańsk, there are at least a dozen units of the German Navy from the period of World War II. These wrecks have significant historical value, and in many cases the visual documentation of their state is outdated or not existing.
Our event is addressed to responsible technical divers interested in wreck diving, underwater history and documentation. The dives we organize are conducted with full respect for the historical character of the wrecks and the memory of people related with their history, with an emphasis on non-invasive observation and documentation.
Examples of wrecks that we can visit are: Franken, Minesweeper Munin, Submarines U-272, U-367, Minesweeper V-315 and other vessels from this period. Planned depth range: from 30m to 70m. Depending on weather conditions and the number of participants, we expect up to seven diving days.
In addition to the diving itself, the aim of the event is also to expand the documentation of the underwater cultural heritage. If you have experience in photography, videography or photogrammetry, we encourage you to bring your expertise and equipment.

This dive trip is reserved for divers of a minimum GUE Tech1 / GUE CCR Tech1 or equivalent.
