The GUE Drysuit Primer is a one-day course that will open the door to new opportunities for you. Want to dive deeper? Longer? More often (also in winter) ? A dry suit is an essential piece of equipment.
What will you learn?
During this course you will learn:
how to select and properly operate a dry suit, ✔
how to select and operate an undersuit and heating system,
✔ how to achieve proper buoyancy and trim in a new configuration, ✔
how to dive safely in cold waters,
✔ how to react to failures typical of dry suit diving. ✔
The program includes lectures, exercises on land, and at least two dives. The course lasts a minimum of 8 hours.
In addition, after completing the training, you can stay for another day or two and take part in training dives to test the acquired skills in practice.
